Crash Team Racing is a 1999 PlayStation video game developed by Naughty Dog and released by Sony Computer Entertainment America, under license by Universal Interactive Studios, in the USA on October 19, 1999. The main antagonist of the story, Nitros Oxide, is the self-proclaimed fastest racer in the galaxy who threatens to turn Earth into a concrete parking lot.
