The story is that the player controls the main character B-Daman, solves the mystery in each world from the past to the present of B-Daman, and finally challenges the dark B-Daman who attacks B-Daman. A lot of new characters are also recorded, about 250 types. There are three game modes: "story mode", "data mode", and "communication battle mode". In "Story Mode", a system that allows players to evolve and unite is installed. Some items can only be obtained in online battles.
